Orders: All orders are subject to availability and are not binding until we issue an order acknowledgement. Minimum order quantities may apply on some products.
Pricing: Prices are INCLUSIVE of VAT and EXCLUSIVE of shipping unless stated otherwise. We may adjust prices in line with market conditions or errors.
Shipping: Is charged at £12 for the first 15kg, and .60p per kg after that.
Delivery: Delivery terms are as agreed (e.g. Incoterms). Risk passes on delivery. Lead times are estimates.
Inspection: You must inspect goods promptly and notify us of any issues within a reasonable period.
Returns: Returns require prior authorisation (RMA). Please contact [email protected] to start the return process.
Warranty: Goods are warranted to conform to specification on shipment. We may repair, replace, or credit at our discretion. See our returns policy.
Payment: Payment is due at time of purchase.
