UVCVTM LIMITED is a distributor of home appliances and electronics operating in the United Kingdom and sourcing from global suppliers. Our supply chains include manufacturers, franchised distributors, logistics partners, and service providers.

3. Risk Assessment & Management

We assess modern slavery risks by geography, commodity, and supplier tier. Higher‑risk categories trigger enhanced due diligence, contractual provisions, and ongoing monitoring.

4. Due Diligence

  • Pre‑qualification questionnaires covering labour practices and compliance.

  • Contractual clauses prohibiting forced labour and requiring flow‑down obligations.

  • Requests for third‑party certifications or audits where appropriate.

  • Supplier performance reviews and remediation plans where concerns arise.

5. Training & Awareness

Relevant staff receive training to identify indicators of forced labour and trafficking, and to escalate concerns through appropriate channels.

6. Measuring Effectiveness

  • Number and outcome of supplier risk assessments conducted.

  • Completion rates for modern slavery training.

  • Incidents reported, investigations undertaken, and remediation achieved.

7. Next Steps

  • Extend risk mapping to lower‑tier suppliers.

  • Enhance supplier audit programme for higher‑risk geographies.

  • Publish annual progress metrics.
