1. Who we are

This site is operated by UVCVTM Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as PurHaven. We are the data controller for any personal information collected through this website.

2. What data we collect

When you buy from us: your name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, phone number (optional), and the products you ordered. Card payment is handled entirely by Revolut Merchant — we never see or store your card details.

When you contact us: the email address you provide and the message you send.

When you use the air-quality lookup or calculator: postcodes and room dimensions are processed in your browser and not stored on our servers unless you also place an order. The air-quality lookup queries the public Open-Meteo and postcodes.io services on your behalf.

Automatically: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, time of visit) are kept for up to 30 days by our hosting provider for security and debugging.

3. Why we use it

• To process and ship your order
• To send order confirmations, tracking, and receipt emails
• To reply to support enquiries
• To comply with legal and accounting obligations (HMRC, VAT records)
• To investigate and prevent fraud or misuse of the site

We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit opt-in, and we never sell it.

4. Who we share it with

We share the minimum data required with these third parties so they can perform their service:

• Revolut Merchant — payment processing
• Royal Mail / courier partners — to deliver your order
• Vercel — site hosting
• Neon — database hosting (within the EU)
• GoDaddy / Microsoft 365 — outbound email delivery
• HMRC — when legally required for tax compliance

We never sell your data to advertisers or data brokers.

5. How long we keep it

• Order records: 7 years (UK HMRC requirement for VAT-registered traders)
• Support correspondence: 3 years
• Server logs: 30 days

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct anything that's inaccurate
• Request deletion (subject to our legal retention obligations)
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
• Object to or restrict our processing
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office

7. Cookies

We use cookies sparingly. The only cookie set by default is a strictly-necessary session cookie used by the admin back-office; you'll never encounter it as a customer. We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies on this site.

If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and adjust the "last updated" date below. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
